Courtney Funk is a second-year master’s student at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education, working primarily with Mood Lifters for Seniors. She plans to graduate in April 2021 with a Master’s degree in Public Health.
She is interested in the delivery of mental health services and the reduction of stigma in seeking such services, particularly in older adult populations. Before enrolling the in MPH program, Courtney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biopsychology, Cognition & Neuroscience, with a minor in Gender & Health from the University of Michigan.
